Office Manager-Becky Talk about a "seasoned veteran" Becky remains the mainstayand backbone of our practice. She holds an honorary P.H.T. (puttinghubby through) and is responsible for not only managing the entire office but dealing with an occasionally cantankerous doctors (she’s Dr.Pierce’s wife and Dr. Beau's mom). Married to Dr. Bill for over 35 years and a team member for 24 she has seen it all and can help with just about any situation. Becky loves to exercise and is passionate about Chiropractic, health care and nutrition. She loves her pet mini Doxies (Emma, Bubba and Sophie), and is very active in her church. Front Desk-Reva Our front desk/receptionist, Reva is the "spark plug" in our Santa Maria office. She’ll most likely be the one you talk with on the phone and meet regularly at the front desk. She has a huge smile, loves chiropractic and loves to laugh. Watch out, her wit and sarcasm will keep you guessing. Reva has a passion for life, loves to dance, and and spending time with her dog Buddy. She has been a chiropractic team member for the last 5 years. Back Office/ Insurance-ShawnOur "Busy Beaver," Shawn handles our chiropractic transcription duties and is our insurance specialist. She is the most giving and loving soul you will ever meet and is loved by everyone. Although you may not often see her she is always busy handling the little insurance emergencies and questions that arise. Shawn loves to cook, spin, spend time with her family and is very active in her church. She also volunteers her time off at the local Humane Society. She's been a chiropractic team member for the last 12 years. Therapist-JenniferOur newest staff member, Jen is no stranger to Chiropractic, she comes to us with a plethora of prior experience working in the service of others. She's super friendly, smart, and just ask her a question about auto racing (her passion) and she'll dazzle you with her expertise. I know there is so much controversy between chiropractic and medical care, but if it were not for chiropractic I would still be in pain. A car accident left me with constant lower back pain. I tried everything from painkillers to preparing to have surgery. I heard stories from my friends who had surgery and to this day wish they never had it. So I decided to go to a chiropractor before the surgery and I am so thankful that I did. My back pains are gone and I am living my life to the fullest and pain free.
